Use the navigation to the left to select which race you would like info about. The link will show you the starting attributes of the race, and a table of all classes and thier required attributes. If the class name is highlighted in red then that race/class combo will require some of your starting 60 attrib points to be pre-allocated (meaning you will not get to choose where all of your points go as you must at least meet the minimum for that class).

Furthermore, the last column shows how many Bonus points you will still have left for that race/class combo. If the number is highlighted in red, then you will have 0 bonus points to spend. At that point, the character becomes an "apprentice". See the help for more info.
